30 Day Return Policy:
We are 100% confident that our products are of great quality and even better value. However, if upon receiving and inspecting your item you decide that you want to return it you will have 30 days from the date the item was delivered to return the item. Under this policy, you may return to Seascooter Express products that you purchased directly from Seascooter Express within 30 days of the delivery date for a credit or a refund of the purchase price paid, minus our shipping cost to the customer, and 3% handling fee.
You must ship the products to Seascooter Express within five (5) days of the date that Seascooter Express in their original packaging, in as-new condition along with any documentation, and all other items that were included in the original shipment, prepay shipping charges, and insure the shipment or accept the risk of loss or damage during shipment.
Refunds will be issued once the returned product has been returned and inspected. Customers are responsible for charges associated with shipping of their orders. If order has been canceled after it has been already shipped out, our shipping cost, and 3% handling fee will be deducted from total of refund.
NOTE: Merchandise returned without authorization, in used condition or not in its original packaging will be subject to a 50% restocking fee
